Jewels of Nature
An incredible number of health related products are available on the market today. Getting to the place where you know what works for you is akin to obtaining a University degree these days. The learning process often becomes a full-time testing ground if you have the time, money, energy or trust in what is offered. Even so, the key question is: what works best for you? There are several additional things I will add to your decision making process and criteria as well as three product lines I like and have used for up to 20 years. Click here to learn more about these products.
The most important aspect to consider is the bioavailability of a product. When a food or supplement is organic, wild-crafted, vegan and raw, it is easiest for the body to assimilate with the least amount of physical energy, toxicity and other by-products (lactic acid). Your skin and body care also need to be made from the same, organic, wild-crafted, vegan & edible ingredients as your supplements. There are home cleaning products which, although not edible, are very clean and have little or no environmental impact. Then there is your diet to consider as well.
Now, I won't step onto my soapbox about eating raw or even vegan, yet I will say this: animal products and other cooked foods, at best, create acid in the digestive system. Acid and its creation, inflammation, are the most common underpinnings for physiological and ultimately emotional and mental stress. Even mental or external stresses can be abated, managed and alleviated if your physiology is working optimally. Stress, any way you look at it is a physiological condition. We can decrease and manage all kinds of stresses is with a cleaner, more balanced lifestyle, meaning diet and exercise, meditation and devotional practices, rest and relaxing activities.
Here are my current favorite product lines and links to people and companies who know a lot about health, raw vegan foods and a conscious lifestyle.
General Product Information & Links
Super Blue Green Algae
Ingesting greens, especially micro greens and minerals and related products, brings life force to the body through photosynthesis and plant oxygen. Sometimes we do not get enough organically grown or wild greens in our daily diets, so supplementation becomes necessary. Seaweeds and algaes provide much nutritional and brain support as well as assistance to the body in detoxifying on a deep cellular level. Research has shown that Aph. Flos Aquae (super blue green algae) when compared to Spirulina and Chlorella, has the highest amount of micro-minerals and bio-availability. It has a near perfect essential amino acid balance and shows a remarkable vibrational ability to organize itself into a "Tree of Life." It can shift the micro-cellular crystal patterns in our cells, much like the effects of positive thought on water as presented in "Messages From Water," by Masaru Emoto. Adaptogens & More
Adaptogens are defined as anything that aids the body in adapting to stressful environments to achieve homeostasis. They come in many forms: herbal tinctures, root powders, sprays and extracts among others. This particular product line is created with "wild-crafted" living herbs from the Siberian Tundra where they survived stress and often extreme conditions themselves. It is a proprietary blend of 10 essential herbs plus other natural adaptogens appropriate for the particular need being addressed.
A full line of supplemental products is also available, including greens, anti-oxidants and PSP (polysaccharide peptide), a microcellular rice protein which works at the mitochondrial level (sometimes referred to as the motor) in the cells. It was originally created to heal the intestinal tracts of starving children in Asia so they could more readily assimilate nutrients. Many incredible results have been reported with these products. Click here for more information on adaptogens.
Essential Oils
Essential Oils have long been used for aromatherapy as well as healing and spiritual practices. Some of my favorites are the ancient sacred oils like Cedar wood, Sandalwood, Myrrh, Frankincense, Palo Santo and Spikenard. They have been tested and are known to measure very high MGHZ levels, vibrating at spiritual frequencies. Most oils, when harvested organically, or wild-crafted, will not only aid in healing and balancing, they resonate with particular frequencies of the physical body, the emotional body, and the spiritual bodies. People have reported healing terminal illness, paralysis, digestive and neurological issues and many others with essential oils, not to mention stress which is at the root of all dis-ease. Click here for more information on oils, supplements, home and personal care products.
Organic & Wild Crafted Skin Care
Local, organic and wild-crafted, these products fill a particular niche, and need for really moist skin care in the dry desert climates. They are espe-cially effective for aging or sun-exposed skin. Both Super Salve and Peak Scents products include only truly natural ingredients in the lines they produce. There are no chemicals, derivatives, additives or 'man-made from natural' ingredients in these products. In fact they are all edible!! Both owners (sisters by the way), Denise and DeeAnn, grew up in Arizona studying plants and herbology in school, from the indigenous locals and their Mother as well. You see it's been in the family for a while.
Here are the products I like best and use regularly on my very fair, over 50 skin which lives and breathes in the high desert of New Mexico. These products are not only wonderful to use and healthy for the body, they are reasonably priced as well. Click here to purchase these products.
